Julia Delattre, enchantée !
I am an ambitious communications manager and content creator with three years of experience assisting art galleries with their digital communications.
Recently graduated with a double master's degree in "Cultural Engineering and Management" and "International Art Market" at ICART, a school of cultural mediation and art market, I chose to focus my career on the international art scene.
My birth in South Africa, my numerous travels and my first professional experiences have two points in common: openness toward the international scene and a passion for Art.
In the particular context of the pandemic, I had the opportunity to contribute to the editorial development of the Franco-South African contemporary art gallery "Art of Connection", based in Johannesburg, as well as to the design of various visuals and graphic products, ensuring the creation of the website and preparing the organization of exhibition projects.
My collaborations with the galleries "31 PROJECT" and "Galerie Carole Kvasnevski" in 2021 enabled me to develop my skills in terms of organisation and creation. These two experiences, conducted in parallel, were very complimentary: I focused on the administrative and editorial side with "31 PROJECT" and I was able to explore my imagination in creating visuals and defining the image of "Galerie Carole Kvasnevski". In 2021, I represented "Galerie Carole Kvasnevski" at the international contemporary African art fairs 1-54 in London and AKAA Art & Design Fair as a communication manager.
Creativity is really important to me. I have put this skill to work for several institutions in the cultural sector since I started my studies. My commitment and enthusiasm have enabled me, for example, to create a tailor-made website for a flourishing art gallery: Art of Connection. This attractive digital showcase has resulted in a significant increase in the number of new clients and the development of the gallery, particularly in France.
Today, I aim to collaborate with art galleries from all around the world.
